Highschoolers weld, 3D model, and build during Tinker Camp
Williamsport, Pa. — A group of 30 high school students from around Pennsylvania discovered exciting career possibilities related to STEM fields during Penn College's recent Tinker Camp. Supported by grants from Nuts, Bolts & Thingamajigs, the Gene Haas Foundation and EQT Corp., the three-day camp introduced students to engineering design, manufacturing, polymer engineering, 3D printing and welding.
