5 transported after 2 vehicle accident in Clarksburg

CLARKSBURG, W.Va. (WBOY) — A two-vehicle accident in Clarksburg led to a road closure and multiple injuries on Saturday, May 18.

According to the Harrison County 911 log officials were dispatched to the accident on Limestone Road in Clarksburg at around 4:15 p.m. The road was temporarily closed as officials worked on the scene.

A 911 official stated that five people were transported by ground to either the United Hospital Center or the Louis A Johnson VA Medical Center.

Harrison County, Salem, Nutter Fort and Anmoore EMS, along with the Reynoldsville FD and the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office responded to the call.
