The Chicago Bears 2024 schedule has arrived and we now know when all of the team's 17 games this upcoming season will take place.

The Bears have one of the easiest schedules in the entire league based on various strength of schedule measurements, but the only thing that counts is what happens on the field. Here's my fun prediction for how the Bears' season and all 17 games will end up in 2024.

    Week 1: vs Tennessee Titans

    Score: 28-13 L
This will be the welcome to the league moment for Caleb Williams and an early trap game for the Bears. It always happens every year to every team and this is the one I’m going with. Despite all the hate, I feel like the Titans are going to be much better than they are expected to be in 2024. Ran Carthon has overhauled this Titans’ roster much like Ryan Poles has done in Chicago. Will Levis will surprise a lot of people this year and this will be an early stumble out of the gate for the new-look Bears.

Week 2: at Houston Texans (SNF)

    Score: 35-26 L
This Bears-Texans game already has high expectations and both teams will deliver on a primetime stage reminiscent of a heavy-weight slugfest. However, the Bears aren’t yet ready to go the distance and I could see the Texans running away with it by the end of the game. But, I expect this game to have everyone on the edge of their seats.

    Week 3: at Indianapolis Colts

    Score: 26-17 W
A game that has all the makings of being an early Sunday matchup could surprise a lot of folks who tune in to see two highly impressive young quarterbacks square off. A lot of hype surrounds Williams going into the season but the same can’t be said for Anthony Richardson, who seems to be heavily underrated going into Year 2 following his season-ending shoulder injury in 2023. I see this being Williams' first win as a Bear.

Week 4: vs Los Angeles Rams

    Score: 34-21 W
The Bears have lost each of the last three games against the Rams but haven’t faced off in Chicago since 2018 when the Bears won 15-6. Los Angeles has seemingly struggled going into the upper Midwest, losing at Green Bay twice and at Detroit over the last two seasons. This has all the makings to be a trap game for the Rams and could give the Bears a major head-to-head advantage in terms of Wild Card seedings.

    Week 5: vs Carolina Panthers

    Score: 28-10 W
After facing the Panthers during the 2023 season (Bears won 16-13), one team looks drastically more different than the other. Personally, the Panthers’ offense has no match for the Bears’ defense even with their new additions. As for the Bears’ offense, Williams will make sure Moore has a more memorable revenge game this time around.

Week 6: vs Jacksonville Jaguars (London)

    Score: 20-26 L
This game in London is going to be a tough break for the Bears in more ways than one, I can already feel it. The Bears lost their last game in London back in 2019 and teams have struggled facing the Jaguars across the pond (Jacksonville has won 3 of their last 4 in London, including both games in 2023). To make matters worse, this technically counts as a home game for Chicago.

    Week 7: Bye Week

The bye week comes at the perfect time for the Bears with the team is set to travel back from London after taking on the Jaguars. Having the week off after the trip to London allows the Bears to get prepared for the Week 8 matchup to combat any jetlag that might occur flying back across the ocean.

    Week 8: at Washington Commanders

    Score: 45-20 W
What was once the Bears’ largest win of the 2023 season will once again be the case next season. The Bears’ 40-20 primetime blowout in 2023 was the perfect game for Chicago's passing game and most notably DJ Moore having an absolute field day against the Commanders’ secondary. That should be the case once again while fellow rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels struggles against Bears' defensive end Montez Sweat, who will make his presence felt during his return to Washington.

    Week 9: at Arizona Cardinals

    Score: 21-14 L
After beating the Cardinals last season in Chicago, Kyler Murray will get his revenge against the Bears in Arizona with his new target Marvin Harrison Jr. continuing to build upon a potential Offensive Rookie of the Year resume. This would also be a big win for Jonathan Gannon and a big blow for Matt Eberflus at this point of the season.

Week 10: vs New England Patriots

    Score: 31-14 W
At this point in the season, one would expect that the Patriots turn the offense over to rookie third overall pick Drake Maye making this a rookie on rookie matchup. Still, the Patriots are looking to be a shell of their former selves under new head coach Jerod Mayo and this should be a blowout in Chicago for the Bears, but may be a trap game.

Week 11: vs Green Bay Packers

    Score: 27-24 W
That’s right, I finally have the Bears knocking off the Packers for the first time since 2018 when the Bears won 24-17 at Soldier Field. Something finally has to give for this rivalry to feel like a rivalry again and the Bears getting a home victory against the Packers would be poetic.

    Week 12: vs Minnesota Vikings

    Score: 16-10 W
I see both games being close when these two division opponents square off. The play of Matt Eberflus and Flores’ defensive schemes will make this a low scoring affair both times but I see Williams and the Bears’ offense squeaking one out against O'Connell’s unit. The sleeper player that could decide this game, rookie punter Tory Taylor.

Week 13: at Detroit Lions (Thanksgiving)

    Score: 24-10 L
The Lions’ squad is the real deal from top to bottom and are going to be a tough team to compete against, although the Bears did split the series vs. Detroit in 2023. I just don't see it happening on Thanksgiving with Dan Campbell looking to get the Lions on the right side of history and stop being the laughing stock on Thanksgiving.

Week 14: at San Francisco 49ers

    Score: 41-13 L
Earlier this week, I noted that this game would be a litmus test for the Bears to prove what kind of team they truly are. Unfortunately, we know what kind of team the 49ers are already, a powerhouse the Bears are not yet equipped to handle. This will more than likely be the first major blowout loss of Williams’ career and one to remember how it feels going forward.

Week 15: at Minnesota Vikings (MNF)

    Score: 21-17 W
At this point in the season, both first round rookie quarterbacks will be comfortable enough to make this an enticing game to watch. Despite Brian Flores’ aggressive defense, I’m giving the Bears the edge at home in yet another tight one between these two division rivals on primetime in Minnesota.

    Week 16: vs Detroit Lions

    Score: 27-14 L
This is set to be an enticing matchup both times these two teams face each other. The Lions’ offensive core however looks to be too much for the Bears’ defense to handle while Detroit’s overhauled defense could put the Bears’ offense in a tricky situation. Not seeing any trap games in Chicago for the Lions this time around.

Week 17: vs Seattle Seahawks (TNF)

    Score: 20-10 W
Shane Waldron facing off against his former team will give him more than enough reasons to open up his bag of tricks. I could see this being a massive tight end day for Cole Kmet and Gerald Everett and a multi-interception primetime game for the Bears’ defense against Seahawks' quarterback Geno Smith.

Week 18: at Green Bay Packers

    Score: 35-20 L
Unfortunately, I have history repeating itself in Green Bay for the Bears. Chicago has lost eight consecutive games at Lambeau Field and that won’t change in 2024. Green Bay has proven to be a tough environment to play in this late in the season with both teams potentially playing their starters ahead of the playoffs. Williams will get his first taste of bad blood in the last game of the season vs. the team he grew up idolizing.

Final Record: 9-8, 7th Seed in NFC Playoffs
Number of Primetime Games: 4 (counting Thanksgiving)
