Angel Reese Sent a Clear Message to Michael Jordan on Her 22nd Birthday

On Monday, Chicago Sky rookie Angel Reese celebrated her 22nd birthday as she continues to prepare for the start of the WNBA season.

Reese is bringing plenty of attention to the WNBA ahead of her debut season, but the rookie hopes one celebrity in particular is able to make it to one of her games.

"I want Michael Jordan to come to a game," Reese said. " ... I've never met him. That's the only person I really want to come to a game."

Reese got off to a hot start with an impressive performance in her preseason opener. The No. 7 overall pick recorded 13 points and a game-high nine rebounds in her first game this past Friday.

Reese will take the court again when she and the Sky face off against the New York Liberty in another preseason matchup on Tuesday night.
