RCSO: Felon caught with drugs, gun in car stolen from Hamlet
ROCKINGHAM — A convicted felon was released on an unsecured bond Sunday after allegedly being caught with drugs and a gun in a stolen vehicle. According to the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office, a deputy with the Traffic Safety Unit was assisted by investigators with the Community Impact Team on Sunday, May 5 after stopping a car that was reported stolen to the Hamlet Police Department.

Marlboro Co. deputies arrest man in months-long armed robbery investigation
MARLBORO COUNTY, S.C. (WMBF) - Deputies have arrested a man in Marlboro County accused of an armed robbery nearly six months ago. Marlboro County Sheriff’s Office said in January two men allegedly robbed a man at gunpoint in the Bennettsville area. Dominique McDuffie was arrested this week in connection to that investigation. His co-defendant, Jahrel Lester, is already behind bars.
