    PARSIPPANY, NJ -- Senior Abby Bailey and freshman Charlie Askins belted back-to-back homers for Chatham in its 12-11 softball loss to Parsippany on Thursday.

    Bailey had two hits, a run scored and two RBI while Askins went 4-for-4 with three singles, a homer, four RBI and two runs scored for Chatham (3-10). Maddie Huth singled, doubled and knocked in three runs for the Cougars.

    Chatham also received two hits and an RBI from Austen Dempsey , two hits and a run scored from Avery Andres and a base hit, a stolen base and two runs scored from Clare Shanley .
