Bartlesville Schools Gets New Pom Coach
Bartlesville Public Schools will have a new Pom Coach for the 2024-2025 season. Gloria Castillo has been appointed to that position. A press release states that Castillo served as an assistant pom coach last year and that Castillo has a lot of experience and knowledge that will serve well in this role.
BHS Football Will Have Spots to Fill
At Bartlesville High, the Bruin football team is only 2.5 weeks away from practices kicking off across Northeast Oklahoma. This fall will be an interesting mix for the Bruins. BHS will have multiple big-time returners, notably at quarterback and wide receiver in Nate Neal and Damien Niko. However, Bartlesville will also have to fill some holes.

CCC Among Conference Leaders in Academic Awards
The Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference released the All-Academic awards for the 2023-24 athletic year, with the Red Ravens near the top of the league. Over 1500 athletes were awarded across the 21 conference schools. To qualify, student-athletes had to finish the academic year with at least a 3.5 GPA.
