The owner of the Realty Tower building in downtown Youngstown, which exploded two and a half weeks ago has been given until Monday to deliver a plan to stabilize the building. This follows a report from a structural engineer stating the building was in imminent danger of collapsing due to heavy damage to columns on the first floor of the building.

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A settlement agreement has been reached in a Civil Rights violation case against a Valley landlord. The agreement between Joseph Pedaline and YLP, LLC and the United States of America was reached on May 28. A decree of the settlement was filed in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
Boardman's Sheban Drive closing for two days next week
