Elizabeth Varsity Baseball Extends Win Streak to 5 Games With Victory Over Franklin
ELIZABETH, NJ - The Elizabeth High School Varsity Baseball Team extended their win streak to five games in a tight 4-3 game against Franklin on Saturday. Their latest win brings them to 11-2 on the season. Junior Eliezer Cepeda, senior Jordan Jones, and junior Ian Acevedo each recorded two hits for the Minutemen. Cepeda was also credited with the win on the mound, pitching seven innings and allowing seven hits, three earned runs, and three walks, while striking out eight batters. Milford man charged with grandmother's murder, house arson
MILFORD TWP., PIKE COUNTY (WOLF) — A Milford man has been charged with criminal homicide and arson for allegedly killing his grandmother and setting her home on fire.
