Newton Boys Golf Team Wins Tri-Match Against Jefferson and Hopatcong This Week

NEWTON, NJ – The Newton High School boys golf team played against Jefferson and Hopatcong in a Tri-Match on Thursday, April 25. Newton beat Jefferson 171-175 and beat Hopatcong 171-191.

• 3rd Cooper Armstrong with a 43 in a tie
• 5th Nick Deiorio with a 44 in a tie

The Newton High School boys golf team’s record is 9-4 overall and 7-0 in the NJAC-Colonial division. They will play away against Morris Catholic on Monday, April 29 beginning at 3:30 p.m.
