Initial forecasts showed problematic weather beginning as soon as 5 a.m., leading to some of the cancelations. Then projections were pushed back to the afternoon.

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A solicitor in Cumberland County was arrested Friday after he allegedly assaulted a passing driver. According to the Camp Hill Police Department, officers were dispatched Friday at approximately 7:06 p.m. to a disturbance in the 2300 block of Logan Street, where they found that a 44-year-old man address was soliciting door-to-door without a permit.
