Jackson Early Childhood Center is also closed for the day, administrators said. No other Allentown schools are affected by the outage. NORTHAMPTON, Pa. - A former Pennsylvania state representative and a resident of Northampton County has died. Attorney Frank W. Yandrisevits, 69, of Northampton, died on Monday, May 20, according to his obituary. He served as a state representative in the Pennsylvania Legislature from 1984 to 1990 and 1992 to 1994.
