State Vehicle Involved In I-78 Crash In Berks County, PA State Police Say
Troopers said it happened around 2 p.m. near the Stump Road underpass in Maxatawny Township. The crash truck was stopped in the right westbound lane with its emergency lights flashing. A tractor-trailer was approaching from the west and "attempted to change lanes as the crash truck indicated," but was unable to do so or stop in time, state police said.
Armed robbery suspect arrested in Allentown
Allentown police have arrested a 39-year-old man they say was responsible for an armed robbery at a city convenience store. Paul Steiner, of the 2000 block of Main Street in Northampton Borough, is charged with felony robbery, felony possession of a prohibited firearm, felony firearms not to be carried without a license, misdemeanor theft and misdemeanor receiving stolen property. Court records do not indicate any attorney information for Steiner.

A Pottstown man is headed to trial on charges stemming from a stabbing incident that occurred at a Perkasie skatepark last year. Court records show 20-year-old Nikolas Lore, formerly of Perkasie, has a trial scheduled for June 10 at 9 a.m. at the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas.
