By 12 p.m. ET on Wednesday, the Colorado Buffaloes had lost two key players from its 2024 NCAA Tournament team.

Those two players being big man Eddie Lampkin and J'Vonne Hadley. According to Joe Lipton of On3, both intend to enter the transfer portal and will not play for the Buffs next season.

Lampkin, the 6-foot-11, 265 pound center scored 21 points, posted 6 boards and 5 assists in the win over the Gators. He followed that up with a 13 point, 7 rebound performance in a close loss to No. 2 seed Marquette. He quickly became a fan favorite during Colorado's small run.

Hadley is a 6-foot-6 senior who averaged 11.6 points and 6.0 rebounds per game last season. He scored 16 points in the win over Florida.

KJ Simpson, Tristan De Silva and Cody Williams were Colorado's other top players from last season. Most expect those three to take their talents to the NBA, meaning Colorado will likely be losing their five best players from this season's team.
