Erie, Louisville to begin farmers markets seasons
With warmer weather approaching, Erie and Louisville residents can shop for food locally at the farmers’ markets. The Louisville Farmers Market season will be open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, and open for the same hours every Saturday through Oct. 19 at the Steinbaugh Pavilion, 824 Front St. The Erie Farmers Market is scheduled to run from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursdays on Briggs Street, between Wells and Moffat Street. The market will be open every Thursday through Sept. 26, with the exception of July 4.
