It has only been a few days since their season came to an end, but the Colorado Buffaloes are losing key contributors to the transfer portal left and right.

As of Wednesday morning, they have already lost big man Eddie Lampkin and starting guard J'Vonne Hadley to the transfer portal. This is a big blow for the team considering they are expected to lose three of their other key players, including five-star freshman Cody Williams to the NBA.

Lampkin played in 37 games this season, starting 36 of them, recording a career-high in points with 10.6, rebounds with 7.0, and assists with 2.2 per game. The Houston native started his career at TCU where he spent three seasons, before transferring to Colorado.

As for Hadley, he played in and started 36 games this season for the Buffs, which marked his second season in Boulder. He started his career at Northeastern, before transferring to Indian Hills CC in 2021-22. There, he was named NJCAA Division I First Team All-America, before landing at Colorado in 2022-23.

This past season saw him record career-highs in points with 11.6, assists with 2.4, and rebounds with 4.6. He also shot 53.8% from the field, and 41.7% from three this season.

Colorado will have quite the rebuild ahead of them.
