BAY, Ark. (KAIT) - A man is being held on a $2.5 million bond after a Craighead County District Court judge found probable cause to charge him with raping a child. According to court documents, 37-year-old Justin Lynn Totty is accused of distributing, possessing, or viewing matter depicting sexual conduct involving a child; rape of a minor; permitting a child to engage in sexually explicit conduct; and incest.
