New NW OKC Walmart Supercenter Debuts With Sushi Bar, Ree Drummond and Cowboys Cheerleaders
A sprawling new Walmart Supercenter opened Wednesday in northwest Oklahoma City, bringing a sushi station, a Hispanic bakery section, and an eight-pump fuel station to the Deercrest Marketplace development near Rockwell Avenue and Memorial Road. The 175,000-square-foot store at 6805 NW 138th St. drew a grand opening crowd that included Oklahoma native Ree Drummond, former Thunder player Nick Collison, and Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders.
