Authorities investigating Route 35 fire in Wall Township
WALL TOWNSHIP — Authorities are investigating a fire that took place Friday afternoon at a store in Wall Township, Police Chief Sean O’Halloran told The Coast Star. At approximately 3 p.m., police and fire departments arrived on scene to the OPI Gallery – Art Gallery and Custom Framing building, located at 2125 Route 35 between Ocean Road and Sea Girt Avenue.

According to Neptune City Police, Achilles White of Neptune Township is a 16-year-old male with high-functioning autism, last seen on 6th Ave in Neptune Township at approximately 7:00PM on 5/3. Lakewood Man Sentenced to Five Years in Prison for Leaving the Scene of a Fatal Accident
Ocean County Prosecutor Brad Billhimer announced that Angel Garcia-Rodriguez, 26, of Lakewood, was sentenced to five years in New Jersey State Prison as a result of his previously entered guilty plea to Leaving the Scene of a Motor Vehicle Crash Resulting in a Death, in connection with a motor vehicle crash that occurred in the early morning hours of July 22, 2023, in Lakewood Township.

BERKELEY – A man was injured after being ejected from his car in a single-car crash Tuesday afternoon, police said. Around 3:51 p.m., authorities received several 911 calls regarding a single-vehicle crash on Dover Road near the Lacey Township border.
