Lootpress Meet the Candidate Questionnaires sent to candidates

(LOOTPRESS) – Lootpress Meet the Candidate Questionnaires have been sent out to candidates running for municipal, county, and state offices.

Questionnaires were sent via email to candidates within counties in the Oak Hill, Beckley, Bluefield DMA: Fayette, Greenbrier, McDowell, Mercer, Monroe, Raleigh, Summers, and Wyoming.

Judicial candidates have been excluded from the questionnaires due to the neutrality they must maintain.

The questionnaires were sent to candidates via the email on file with the Secretary of State’s Office.

If a candidate did not have a valid email listed with the Secretary of State’s Office, we were unable to send you the questionnaire directly.

If you are a candidate running for office in one of the counties mentioned above and would like to participate in the questionnaire but did not receive an email from us, please email one of our reporters below with your name and the name of the office and county/district. We will get the questionnaire to you.

Candidates are asked to return questionnaires by Tuesday, April 30, 2024, as early voting begins May 1st.
