Low-interest disaster loans from the U.S. Small Business Administration are now available for businesses and people in Kanawha, Boone, Clay, Fayette, Jackson, Lincoln, Nicholas, Putnam, Raleigh and Roane counties who were impacted by flooding on Aug. 14 -15.
