PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - A lucky car enthusiast drove off with some free gas at Kartona Electric Speedway Saturday. The small business in Bay County held its monthly “Karts and Cars” event. It featured a raffle that provided up to 25 gallons of free gas to the winner.

The radar indicated that damage to roofs, siding, and trees is expected in the affected areas such as Lynn Haven, Callaway, and Tyndall Air Force Base, among others. The maximum hail size indicated by radar is 0.75 in, and the maximum wind gust is 60 mph.
