The arrest stems from a report on Thursday where police say several domestic incidents were reported that happened over one week.

Police learned that these incidents happened on May 2, May 6, and May 9, and after investigating each, enough was gathered to bring Frailey into custody.

Frailey was found on Thursday and arrested, he was processed and taken to the Steuben County Jail where he remains without bail.
