Texas OL coach Kyle Flood made a stop by Lewisville to see the top priority offensive tackle. Fasusi’s chat with Flood was another positive data point for the Longhorns in their pursuit of the On3 Industry Ranking five-star.
“We didn’t talk about recruiting much yesterday because he came to see me practice,” Fasusi told Inside Texas. “He waited to talk to me after practice though and we talked a lot of ball.”
Inside Texas believes it’s a three team race between Texas, Texas A&M, and Oklahoma.
Fasusi is ranked as the No. 18 overall prospect, the No. 4 offensive tackle, and the No. 6 player in Texas in the On3 Industry Ranking.
On3 ranks Fasusi as the No. 32 overall prospect, the No. 7 offensive tackle, and the No. 8 player in Texas.

What was Flood’s message for the On3 Industry Ranking’s No. 11 IOL in the 2026cycle?
“He said how much they really want me at Texas. They identified me early because they knew how special I could be. That they develop guys to not only be great men and players in college, but also guys that play on Sundays.”
The 6-foot-3.5, 285-pound four-star holds offers from Texas, Alabama, Oklahoma, Florida State, and Michigan. He’s visited Austin before and could be back.
When will he visit Texas again?
“(Flood) wants me to come to the Elite Event on June 1st,” said Evers.
Evers is ranked as the No. 164 overall prospect, the No. 11 interior offensive lineman, and the No. 20 player in Texas in the 2026 On3 Industry Ranking.
On3 ranks Evers as the No. 251 overall prospect, the No. 21 interior offensive lineman, and the No. 36 player in Texas.
Texas is set to stop through Ruston, La., this week to see Aidan Anding.
The 5-foot-11, 165-pounder has a number of programs in pursuit including Texas, Miami, Arkansas, and Ole Miss.
He’s eager to see the Texas staff, namely defensive backs coach Terry Joseph . He notes the connection with the fellow Louisianan is getting stronger.
“Yes sir, and it’s going pretty good,” Anding told Inside Texas about his chats with Joseph.
Anding took an unofficial to Austin last month for a Saturday Spring scrimmage.
Anding is unranked by three of the four major services.
