It's not every day that Augusta gets to be on a nationally televised show, and on Tuesday, CW viewers got to see a lot of The Garden City.

While multiple cities were featured in the network's new reality law enforcement series " Police 24/7, " the two-hour premiere majorly featured scenes with Richmond County sheriff's deputies. Throughout the episode, they were shown responding to seven different incidents.

It's unclear when specifically they were filming in Augusta, but it was likely during the winter given that multiple people were seen wearing jackets and knit caps, and Christmas lights were visible at different locations.

Multiple incidents included scenes of suspects running either on foot, attempting to elude officers in vehicles, or a combination of the two. The show started with a young woman under the influence of drugs running from deputies, with the chase starting behind the Outback Steakhouse on Washington Road. It was followed by a traffic stop on Broad Street which also led to the suspect fleeing in their car. In both cases, after they were stopped, guns were found.

One of the latter incidents involved a man at Dyess Park indecently exposing himself and briefly fleeing from deputies on foot.

There are also several moment of general scenes of around Augusta. Some of them include the skyline and Savannah River being seen from the air, and patrol cars are seen driving through downtown and near Deans Bridge.

Tuesday's premiere is available to watch for free on cwtv.com and on the CW app which is available on smart phones as well as smart TVs. New episodes of "Police 24/7" air at 8 p.m. Tuesdays and are available to stream the next day.
