Grads ready to go ‘all in’ on life after high school
CRESCENT CITY – Another crop of seniors bid farewell to their alma mater Thursday and eagerly stepped into a new phase of their lives. Decked out in maroon and gold robes and ornately decorated mortarboards, the Crescent City Junior-Senior High School class of 2024 celebrated graduation with family and friends packing Alan Wisnoski Field at Wiltcher Stadium.
NASA ‘moon tree’ takes root at DeLand Catholic school
After the launch of Apollo 11 from Cape Kennedy in 1969, Orlando’s Roman Catholic bishop said he should be the bishop of the moon.
