A house in Shelter Cove was the top real estate transaction for Oct. 19-25 in Palm Coast and Flagler County. Joseph and Jenna Crockett, as trustees, sold 91 Hidden Cove to Daniel Patrick Luby and Kymberly Yvette Luby, of Flagler Beach, for $1,250,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 4/4.5 and has a pool, a hot tub, an outdoor kitchen and 4,244 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $1,125,000.
⚠️Uninvited Nighttime Visitor in San Mateo, Florida
On December 2nd, 2023, at around 2:30 am, a resident in San Mateo reported a unfamiliar individual who persisted in knocking on their door for approximately 15 minutes. According to the resident, the person, who later bolted on a bicycle, was confronted by a family member down the street before the police arrived. The resident also claimed to recognize the uninvited visitor as Chris Hendrix. The resident insisted that if this person is identified as Mr. Hendrix, they are unwelcome to return. The resident further stated intentions to inform the neighborhood of the incident, with particular emphasis on the house that the individual was spotted at after leaving their own. The resident has also relayed that they managed to find the address of Chris Hendrix's father, suggesting some degree of truth in what the individual had claimed. The case was reported to us on December 2nd, 2023, at 5:09 am.
