The H Window Company in Ashland acquired the Larson-Juhl’s Ashland facility earlier this month.

This partnership will enable H Window to expand operations, increase quality, and maintain careers in the Ashland community, according to news release from the company.

All 15 of Larson Juhl’s Ashland employees will become H Window employees. H Window will continue to operate from its current facility and plans to integrate some processes over to the Larson Juhl facility in the future.

Larson Juhl’s Ashland operation will continue producing picture frame components for current customers under the new name: MTTM Corporation.

“We are truly blessed to have this opportunity. It would not have been possible without support from Larson Juhl Company and many other individuals within our community,” said Greg Martinsen, president of H Window Company. “This acquisition marks a major milestone for our company and our team members. It will allow us to continue growing our window and door business and will allow us to expand into new product offerings.”

Josh Zifko, Larson Juhl plant manager, said in the release “I think the synergies are perfect.”

“It’s a perfect match, both companies make very high-quality products, both are industry leaders in quality…We’ve got a lot of people that have been here well over 20 years— very high skilled craftsmen that really take pride in their job and what they’re doing. It is really important that these are two Ashland-based companies,” he said.
