Two new restaurants, a local food truck and more business news

Happy Thursday and welcome back to The Buzz newsletter!

It's spring in Wisconsin and that means it's time for construction: road construction and business construction. Among those construction projects is a new Pizza Hut currently in progress on Calumet Street in front of Petco on Appleton's east side. Jelissa Burns filled readers in on the new eatery, which will be pick-up and drive-thru only, and when construction is expected to wrap.

Burns also reported on a handful of local businesses in the Fox Cities since the last newsletter. She wrote about a new restaurant in Kaukauna that serves Mexican and American cuisine. The restaurant, Patty & Pablos's | A Family Restaurant, has several made from scratch dinner and breakfast options.

A locally-owned gym in Appleton will soon be under new ownership and is moving locations. Reveal Fitness has been owned by Walter Jansen for 10 years.

Burns wrote about High Kaliber BBQ & Catering, a Wisconsin-based food truck. The feature story details how the food truck started, what items are on the menu and how High Kaliber gives back to the community.
