RIVERVIEW, Fla. — A 68-year-old Salvation Army bell ringer is speaking out after she was attacked outside Publix. Billie Richert told WFTS she had just finished her shift ringing bells for the Salvation Army's Red Kettle Campaign at a Riverview Publix when a man came up and demanded her keys.
