LONG BRANCH, NJ - The 41st Annual NJ Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics will once again enter the City of Long Branch on the morning of Friday, June 7, 2024, at the old Sunoco Gas Station on Norwood Ave. The route takes runners past Monmouth University onto Monmouth Road to the West Long Branch Shoprite. Officers from the LBPD will proudly participate in the run, carrying the "Flame of Hope".
