Starting this fall, Stafford County Public Schools will enforce a new policy prohibiting students from using cellphones from the beginning to the end of the school day. This ban, also adopted by districts in Fredericksburg and Winchester, aims to minimize distractions and enhance focus. Meals will be provided to all children without charge and are the same for all children regardless of race, color, national origin, sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation), disability or age, and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service.
