5th officer in Columbus Police Drug Cartel Unit 'subject' of FBI investigation
COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — ABC 6 On Your Side investigates is looking into more possible fallout of a federal investigation into the former Columbus Police Drug Cartel Unit. Since September of 2021, federal agents arrested four officers who worked on that narcotics team. Marco Merino and John Kotchkoski have already been found guilty of stealing kilos of fentanyl, trafficking the drugs and taking bribes.
