Prosecutor: Man, woman left 2 toddlers in vehicle while at wine tasting session
WHITE TWP., N.J. - A man and woman in Warren County, New Jersey are being accused of leaving two toddlers unattended in a vehicle. John J. O'Mahoney, 43, and Radhika Vyas, 37, both of Phillipsburg, are charged with cruelty and neglect of children, according to a news release from the Warren County Prosecutor's Office.
