Governor Josh Shapiro celebrates pharmacy reform in Hollidaysburg
HOLLIDAYSBURG, Pa. (WTAJ) — Governor Josh Shapiro put pen to paper during a ceremonial signing for a bill to help local pharmacies. The new law, known as House Bill 1993, limits the profits that Pharmacy Benefit Managers, or PBM’s for short, can receive being the middleman between local stores and drug manufacturers. Public meetings for planning St. Xavier Nature Preserve to be held next week
Westmoreland Land Trust (WLT) will host two public meetings to gather input for a preliminary Master Plan for the St. Xavier Nature Preserve on Wednesday, Aug. 7. The meetings will run from 3 – 4:30 p.m. and from 6 – 7:30 p.m. at “Bellbrook,” the Civil War-era guesthouse on the St. Xavier property, at 106 St. Xavier Road, Latrobe (Unity Township).
