SOMERSET — A former Somerset Area High School junior high principal received six months probation Monday at her sentencing for drunken driving and reckless driving. According to court documents, Lisa James, of Rockwood, caused an accident Feb. 12, 2022, on Glades Pike, 126 feet east of Trent Road in Jefferson Township. She failed to yield to oncoming traffic while driving from a left-turn lane on the westbound side of the road and she traveled "straight in the eastbound lane" where another vehicle was traveling.

Two Somerset County attorneys prohibited from practicing law for administrative infraction
