Early voting for $200 million Dorchester District Two referendum to begin
SUMMERVILLE, S.C. (WCSC) - Monday marks the start of early voting for what has proved to be a controversial referendum for the Dorchester School District Two community. Every weekday through May 10, voters will be able to make their voices heard ahead of time at the Marcia O’Brien Conference Center from 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. That center is located at 200 Stadium Circle in Summerville, behind Summerville Elementary School.
