JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NDHP) – An 18-year-old Jamestown woman is facing DUI charges after a rollover in Stutsman County over the weekend. The North Dakota Highway Patrol (NDHP) says shortly before 11 p.m. Saturday, April 13, Kiera Weber was driving eastbound on County Road 38 southwest of Jamestown when she lost control on the gravel road and rolled her car into a ditch.
