A good eye for cars and technology led to the arrest Tuesday of a 22-year-old Odessa man on a burglary charge. According to the Odessa Police Department, a French Avenue resident provided officers video surveillance from directly behind her house showing a dark colored hatchback or small SUV being parked directly behind her house around 7:45 a.m. April 18 and the driver walking toward her residence. Moments later, the camera captured the same man running back to his car carrying multiple items.
