Local drive-in preparing for summer events
TRANSFER, Pa. (WKBN) — The Reynolds Drive In is getting ready to open for the season, starting with its bi-monthly flea markets. The first one will be next Sunday at their location in Transfer on Route 18. This year they plan on setting up in front of the drive-in, with parking just past the gates. It will be open 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. weather pending.
Lakeview Schools holds prayer vigil for seriously injured student
A community prayer vigil was held Saturday evening for a Lakeview Local Schools student that suffered a serious injury on Friday at track practice. Family and friends of Frankie Placanica gathered at the Lakeview High School Stadium. They offered prayer, love and encouragement to Frankie and his family during this challenging time.
