Tyrell, born in Youngstown, Ohio, on August 6, 1997, illuminated this world with his contagious zest for life. Tragically taken from us on Saturday, May 4, 2024, Tyrell’s vibrant spirit and warm presence will be greatly missed.

Struthers football players Anthony Carter and Christian Pascarella have made their college choices. Carter is heading to Youngstown State has a preferred walk on and Pascarella to Westminster. Both led the Wildcats to 10-4 record in 2023.
East names its boys & girls basketball coaches
The East basketball programs have their new head coaches,. Lavance Turnage is the new boys basketball coach and Anthony Pastella is taking over the girls program. Turnage has been an assistant with the Bears for several years while Pastella gets his first varsity head coaching job after serving as an assistant at Struthers.
