MARQUETTE, Mich. (WLUC) - The Drug Enforcement Agency is moving forward with the proposal to make marijuana a Schedule III drug. The Federal Drug Enforcement Administration has signed off on a proposal that would downgrade marijuana from a Schedule I drug alongside heroin and LSD to a Schedule III drug like ketamine and anabolic steroids.
