    Marquette man charged with internet crimes against children

    MARQUETTE, Mich. (WJMN) – A 19-year-old Marquette man faces 20 criminal counts related to an investigation by the Michigan State Police (MSP) Computer Crimes Unit and Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force.

    According to MSP Aidan Keller was arrested following an investigation where it was believed he was viewing child sexually abusive material on the internet. During a search of his home, digital evidence was taken by authorities.

    Keller was arraigned in the 96th District Court on April 26 with the following charges:

    • 3 counts of child sexually abusive activity – aggravated
    • 7 counts of possession of child sexually abusive material
    • 10 counts of using a computer to commit a crime

    If convicted of all counts, Keller could face a maximum sentence of more than 45 years in prison.
