Three Southern Tier Residents Killed in One-Vehicle Crash in Pennsylvania
Three people from the Southern Tier have lost their lives after a one-vehicle crash in Pennsylvania earlier this week. According to a release on the Athens Township Police Department Facebook page, the crash occurred around 2:40 a.m. on Tuesday, April 23rd on Riverside Drive north of the Sayre Bridge in Athens Township. The department says a 2013 Nissan Altima, being driven by 46-year-old Brett W. Relyea of Owego was traveling at a high rate of speed and lost control.
