PIKEVILLE — Charles B. Aycock High School English teacher Andrew Clifton Richards, 37, Walstonburg, was arrested on Friday morning. Two arrested in Lenoir County break-In thanks to community help
Thanks to assistance from residents of Lenoir County, two people have been arrested for the April 20 breaking and entering of Hugo Auto Sales. Nyshiem Benghazi Cantey, 25, of Grifton and a 14-year-old juvenile male were charged with felony breaking and entering, felony larceny after breaking and entering and felony conspiracy earlier today. Cantey turned himself in and was given a secured bond; the juvenile will be processed through the Juvenile Services System with the same charges.
