SIPESVILLE – PennDOT District 9 representatives this week outlined the department’s plans to complete 30 road projects across Somerset County this year. The department’s 2024 schedule includes 12 construction projects: An extensive slide repair project along Route 403 in Conemaugh Township, the start of a two-year project to replace three bridges along Route 3001 (Fort Hill Road) in Addison Township and several bridge rehabilitation, road resurfacing and safety improvement projects and two sidewalk construction projects in other locations across the county.
