Lee County Sheriff's Office identifies missing Naples kayaker, search continues Thursday
A day after authorities responded to a kayak adrift off Fort Myers Beach, the Lee County Sheriff's Office has released the believed owner's identity, hoping to find him. When the Lee County Sheriff’s Office Marine Unit and U.S. Coast Guard responded around 12:20 p.m. Wednesday, they found documents within the kayak belonging to Kenneth Humiston, 77, of Naples.
