Police issue warning about stolen cars

Williamsport, Pa. — New charges were filed this week against the man accused of shooting two people two death in January. Troy Bennett Bailey, 57, of Williamsport was charged with an additional 24 counts after further investigation by agents with the Williamsport Bureau of Police Department.
