RIDGEVILLE, S.C. (WCSC) - The South Carolina Department of Corrections has charged two women for bringing contraband into the Lieber Correctional Institution. Jirah Walker, 30, of Hopkins; and Lynetta Mitchell, 60, of Winnsboro; are charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, providing contraband to an inmate and criminal conspiracy, agency spokesperson Chrysti Shain said.

(WCIV) — A suspect has been arrested for firing the shots that killed the man found dead inside a burnt vehicle. 17-year-old Zion Vaughn is charged with murder in connection with the death of 20-year-old Omarion Brown.
