Dover Police are investigating a crash Monday that claimed the life of a 64-year-old man who was operating a motorcycle. At about 12:39 p.m. Monday, responding officers found the victim in the area of North DuPont Highway and Rustic Lane. He was taken to Bayhealth Kent Campus for treatment, but later died.
